Everybody likes sleeping. It has a lot of
benefits we aren’t aware off, although oversleeping can cause some health
problems. Several researchers show us that the average time we should sleep is
between 7-9 hours a day. Sleeping well has a positive effect in our physical appearance because our limbs are more relaxed, our skin looks better, and we don’t have under-eye bags. However, on today’s post we are going to get focused on other advantages that are less known and that we shouldn’t forget. - The main advantage is that a good snooze extends your lifespan. A scientific study has discovered that women between the ages of 50 to 80 who slept less than five hours passed away sooner.
- Another really important leverage for students and elders is that it helps improving your memory. For example, if you are studying English, you would do it much better and quicker after a good night sleep because your mind is wide awake.
- Last but not least it helps reduce stress which is something that most people suffer from nowadays in our society. When you sleep well you have a better control of you blood pressure which plays an important role in your heart and hence you feel less distressed.
What I want you to see with this post is that, for
some hours a day, we should forget everything that surrounds us, like
technological devices which can lead to sleep disorders. We shouldn’t take sleeping for granted and
as Raymond Jean says: “If you sleep better, you can certainly live better.”

I'm in love with this post and with its topic. I love sleeping, it's one of my favorite hobbies because it relaxes and you feel better after. I'm agree that if we don't sleep the requeired hours, we will feel bad during the day.
ReplyDeleteAs it says in the post, sleeping is good.

Sort of interesting and creates cautiosness in the fellow reader... I think that not sleeping the enough hours is due to the fact that sometimes life just looks like going on while we are actually leaving out our health which in this case makes reference to the sleeping hours.
ReplyDeleteAfter reading this post I think that I don't sleep the required hours. However, from now on I'll try to sleep more, because as I have read here it has lots of advantages that I don't know about before.
ReplyDeleteNow when my mother tells me to wake up on Sundays I'll tell her this advantages to make her change her opinión.😂
By:Nerea Alonso.
It happens the same to me, why don't mothers want their children to be much healthier by sleeping more?
DeleteI guess they think that by waking up earlier and studying more can be more productive than just having a few more hours of relax... when actually this doesn't work like this as we've seen in the post....
DeleteIn my opinión, this is a very interesting topic, now I realise I don't sleep enough hours, but for me now it isn't a big problem. The more I used to sleep, the more tired I feel later. In fact I don't have too much time to study or hanging out with my friends and that's why i'm usted to sleep few hours. By:Alba carazo
ReplyDeleteSometimes i experience the same! Whenever i take a nap of 3hours then I infinitely regret having done that. I don't know maybe we should look for a balance between everything
DeleteI think this post is so good, but I am feeling like I am gonna die soon, because taking account that my sleeping hours are between 6 and 4, and 3 if we just talk about exam´s dates and also that the huge amount of stress that it produces. Lets try to focus on the summer and all the hours of dreams that we can recover, on summer i am gonna be the healthiest in the world.
ReplyDeleteI feel like that summer is very far. More summer is needed so that every single student Will be able to recover from the problems that the high school produces during the year.
Delete@blogger can you create the likes for comments thing?! You'd deserve more than one for your summer high spirits Lucia ☀️
DeleteI have just discover that i am never healthy during the whole year, because when we are in the high school i dont sleep enough because of exams, tv or the movile phone. But in summer I sleep too much and here it is said that over sleeping is bad so I dont know what i will do to sleep exactly the perfect time. Not too much and not too little.
ReplyDeleteThis post has shown me I should sleep a bit more. It is quite interesting to know that a so simple thing like sleeping can have so much advantges(and disadvantages) to our body. I hope that from now on I Will be able to remember this post when I am at 00:30 watching TV.
ReplyDeletesleeping what i sleep im gonna be immortal

DeleteMy opinion after reading this post,is that probably I don't sleep the necessary hours.Taking into account that one of the things that I like the most is sleeping.
ReplyDeleteGreat job, I really enjoy reading this post. DANIEL SALAZAR
O totally agree with this post.
ReplyDeleteSleeping the hours that our body needs is very important and I think that sleeping less than 6 hours is not good for as but also sleeping too
much is not good.

I find this post very interesting, It shows some facts that many of us didn't know as the one about living more if you sleep more. Despite that if we sleep a lot we could have health problems, I whish I could sleep more!!
ReplyDeletehahaha I´m totally agree with what our partner says here so when I finish commenting this I'm going to go to bed that will help me wake up my mind for the following English exams
ReplyDeleteAfter reading this post I realized how little I could sleep. People think that to relax we need to watching TV or going for a walk but what we really need to relax our mind is sleeping enough BY:Laura Valero
ReplyDeleteThats so true!! Sleep is very important for our helth and many times we don't have it into account. Normally I sleep the necessary to feell good but it is not enough. Between Mondays and Fridays sometimes I need to sleep a little during the afternoon because I feel very tired and that's something I need to change however, during the weekend I sleep more. What I should do is sleep the recomended ours always, not depending the day of the week.
ReplyDeleteAfter seeing this post i have discovered that im like a effing sloth. I love to sleep, but this is and adiction :P
ReplyDeleteAlthough i sleep a lot normally, during some weeks of hard exams (yall know about this) I sleep less, much less, so i think that I have to fix my timetables so that i can sleep the recomended hours. Cya :D
I am totally agree with that post. I am sure that if you sleep 7 or 8 hours before an exam you have your brain is more resh and you remember better the topics. However I think that some days it could be good to sleep more hours for example the days that you make a great effort in sports or in studies.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know that sleeping have so many advanyages before reading this post. However if you sleep to much, what are the disadvantages?

After reading this post I don't feel so bad about sleeping all day, thank you so much for giving me a reason for continue sleeping a lot. This way, anyone could tell me ever that I can't sleep all day, I will answer them that I'm trying to be healthier.
